NF-kB is the convergent downstream target of both MYD88-IRAK and MYD88-BTK signaling arms. Constitutive NF-kB activation drives B-cell survival, proliferation, and IgM secretion. Loss of TNFAIP3 (A20) via 6q deletion in ~50% of patients further amplifies NF-kB activity.
